About the Role >
Day-to-day online stores operation ->
Sourcing, set-up & monitoring of product on Reef’s Online Stores & Marketplaces.
Reviewing shipping times and setting ship dates/release dates.
Coordinating new product launches and promotions.
Ensure products are launched in a timely manner and with the correct pricing and information.
Implement and run online store promotions, control promotional & incentive items (FOC cards etc.).
Ensure all Reef's wholesale/online store & digital product launches are adequately promoted.
Information checking, updating & reporting ->
Monitoring all Reef online stores to ensure all information, assets, pricings and listings are correct. Flagging issues to Management.
Checking all published product sales materials for compliance with details listed with external retailers and on our online stores and marketplaces.
Assist Reef's designers with thorough checking of all packaging materials.
External contact ->
Work with external suppliers to ensure that all new products are sourced and added to our store (tracking & facilitating inbound / outbound orders)
Contact with our publishing and development partners to ensure that all of the latest product information and assets are sourced, checked and available to Reef team.
Customer service ->
Providing friendly, considerate customer service for customers with inquiries, complaints and issues, both on the phone and via email.
Assisting customers with end-to-end online shopping experience including up-to-date information on product availability, delivery tracking and assurance.
Ensuring clear communication and correspondence with customers, and maintain and update all email templates.
Monitoring and reporting recurrent quality control matters to the appropriate departments.
Requirements >
Previous experience in eCommerce Operations and Customer Service.
Familiarity with Shopify.
Upbeat and positive; a pleasure to work with.
Unflappable and able to work under pressure and high volumes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
An excellent problem-solver and proactive thinker.
Excellent in number and time management skills.
